SHIPPING POLICY
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment.
Please note, no orders will be dispatched after 4pm on a Friday, weekends or bank holidays.

UK Shipping
Order value less than £25 - Standard delivery (2-3 business days from dispatch) - £2

Order value £25 and over - Standard Delivery (2-3 business days from dispatch) - £4.50
​
Order value £100 and over - Standard delivery ( 2-3 business days from dispatch) - Free
​
Europe Shipping

European delivery (5 - 10 business days from dispatch) - £12
​
Rest of World Shipping
​
International delivery (5 - 21 business days from dispatch) - £20

Some parcels may be subject to customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your goods shipped. The customer or receiver is liable for any such fees. By Elleven is not liable for these fees, nor will they accept returns as a result of the fees. All other conditions of sale apply.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you change your mind about your order you can return it to us. As a small business we ask that you try and return your items within 14 days of purchase but we can accept returns as long as they're received within 28 days.
To return your order please adhere to the following:

1. Return items within 28 days of purchase
2. Items are in the original packaging with relevant tags still attached
3. Items are unworn and in the same condition which they were received
4. Please email info@byelleven.co.uk and let us know what you would like to return and the reason
5. Send items back to the address which we will provide
6. Make sure you obtain proof of postage
7. As a small business we ask that you please cover the return costs. (This does not apply if
you receive a damaged or incorrect item)
8. Once received we will check the item and process your refund within 7 days
9. If you would prefer an exchange then you won't be charged postage for your new items
